Insert Terms and Conditions

Insert Bookings for all APN Australian Publishing newspapers will be accepted subject to the following conditions:

1. Inserts must be booked a minimum of seven working days prior to insertion.
2. Inserts must arrive at the correct insertion site by 9.00am, five working days prior. Any deliveries after 9.00am, three working days prior, will not be guaranteed placement in the publication and a minimum-booking fee of 50% of total insert cost shall apply.
3. Inserts must be cancelled a minimum of seven working days prior to insertion.
4. Premium rates will apply of $100 per 1,000 (ex. GST) during nominated public holidays.
5. Catalogues for multiple insertions MUST NOT BE SENT as a group, they must be packaged separately, and labelled separately.
6. Any deliveries that are not clearly marked with the following details, will not be accepted by our sites.

7. All deliveries must include the same detailed information on the packing/delivery slips. And all deliveries MUST be signed for by the site.
8. Packaging
   Insert bundles must be double-strapped (vertically and horizontally) or boxed with a maximum 500 inserts in each bundle. Please ensure tension of the strapping does not damage the bundle and inserts are free from rolled edges, wrinkles and other distortions.
   
   Pallets should be strapped four ways and shrink-wrapped for further protection of both APN Australian Publishing newspapers and quality of your catalogues.
9. Specifications

   Maximum Size	298mm (h) x 280mm (w) or Tabloid (subject to approval by APNAP)
   Minimum Size	165mm (h) x 157mm (w)
   Pages	Single flyer up to a max 36 pages*

   • inserts above 36 pages will be charged at a premium rate of $75 per 1,000 (ex. GST) Monday-Friday and $95 per 1,000 (ex. GST) Saturday
   • we cannot guarantee placement until material specifications have been provided
10. Each APN print site has unique insert specifications due to different capabilities.
